Food from lake, mountains and country is tipical of our region.

Very common fish of our lake is common bleak, coregonus lavaretus, european pearch and agon, which once dried is called missoltino.
Our pre alps bush are full of chestnuts, nuts, mushroom, straberry, blueberry and blackberry, you can find here a lot of diffent kind of cheeses and salumi (cured meat).
We advice you to taste polenta, which has been for long time the main course of many northern italy regions, as Lombardia, Veneto, Trentino and Friuli Venezia Giulia.
